Nanny, it's been 7 years since we laid you to rest. It has been a very rough 7 years without you and everyday is no different. I know you're in heaven with no pain just happiness but I wish you were still here. I miss making your coffee and playing card games with you all the time. Everything changed when you left, momma went through a rough patch after you left and it's only gotten harder to deal with. She still gets you a birthday cake and sings for you and she finally got married to the man she always said she would. I got deddy's last name in 2020 after years of wanting it. We moved into a new house a year ago and everything seems ok but honestly it's not. Especially not without you. I love and miss you so much nanny.

Aunt Cherry Dale 's love lives on in us. She always offered a hug and smile. My favorite memory was when my sister and I had a sleepover with the girls. I must've been around 6-7. She ran us an overflowing bubble bath and made sure we had the best night ever. She told us stories from when she was a child. She sure knew how to light up a room with her smile. We will be united again in heaven. I love you!!!

Just want to say cherry dale you mean so much to me...I use to love sitting on the porch with you drinkn coffee and smkn my CIG. And we just sit there for hurs and talk I loved to see ur beautiful smile...I loved kissing you're soft cheeks and huging you tight and telln you I love you see you tomorrow and you say OK cent love you now make sure you come see me now...lol and I made sure I did....the lord has called you home so you can watch over us....we love you
