Chief Albert Olakunle Apara was born on June 15 1920 to the family of Pa Jacob Akinyemi Apara  one of the sona of pa peter Kuroju Apara and madam Lydia ogunjooregbe Apara, Daddy attende iloro school and later proceed to Government College ibadan, the challenges government College presented was eventually surmounted by excellence academic performance and involvement in competative sports, Soccer and cricket soon became Olakunle's favourites and his involvement enriched his secondary school experience. His academic performance was enviable too.  Albert Olakunle excelled in his academic pursuit at government college Ibadan and passed out in distinction in all subject which he offered
