Dad was a strong ma, a good man, very strong willed with a large heart. He really took me as his son, he did say he gained a son and did not lose a daughter. One of the things he would always say to me was try your best, yes. He tried his best for his family, and even as life moves on I’ll try my best for my family. Chief Omema lives on! Keep on pushing!

Omenma Chief Fidelis Nwaogwugw you have left us with the lack of the vibrancy of your superb personality.
We are all humans and can not do anything when God calls anyone home. We will miss you but we know surely that you are at rest in the Lord's Bosom
The Almighty God will grant your family and us all the fortitude to bear your loss.
May your gentle soul rest in perfect peace in the Lord's Bosom.
Adieu friend.

Dee Nwaogwugwu as I usually call him, he was the man that made me feel at home when I visited London on holiday to see my sister Mrs Ngozi Nzeadibe Okoh. He acted as a senior brother in another man's country, and since then I took him as such.
I also visited him in the hospital here in Nigeria and I thought he would have made it. God knows best, go well to the bosom of the Lord

WE MEET AGAIN
Dede (Chief Omenma), it broke my heart to lose you, when I remember those wonderful things you did that made me laugh, your uncountable caring and love you have shown to me and my family, losing someone irreplaceable causes pain that is hard to bear. My heart feels truly broken knowing you're no longer here. I would say your love is still our guide, although we cannot see you, you always at our side.  It is obvious that our family chain is broken and nothing seems the same again, but God calls us one by one, the chain will link us again. In your life, you really proved to me the Flag "CHIEF OMENMA" until we meet again.

Uncle placed alot of value on family, whenever my family and I visited the UK his home was always open to us. Alhough my relations to him was through my aunty Ada, as a typical traditional man he always took charge of all our visit. Visiting him was a delight, he made sure he fed you, with tasty Nigerian dishes. I remember when I had my son in the UK he brought my aunty to help bath my baby and of cause he came along with Nigerian food to feed me as usual. He will be dearly missed
