His Life
July 7, 2014

CHIEF MICHAEL OLAOSEBIKAN AROWOLO AKANJI OLOKE J.P. was born on May 1, 1935 in Modakeke, Osun State, Nigeria.  Chief Oloke grew up as a very successful business mogul; he had been an entrepreneur  since the age of 23 and simultaneously married his lovely wife. Chief Oloke was the eldest of three brothers, Mr. Sunday Oloke (deceased) and Mr. Kehinde Oloke. He was born a leader who took everyone under his wings including the many nieces, nephews, and cousins that he raised and made sure they received college education and/or trade. Chief Olaosebikan Oloke and his lovely wife raised their children and many adopted children with love and integrity. Over the years, his business grew as he shared his blessings with love, humility, and grace with many others. At the time of his passing away, he owned business locations at Ile-Ife, Modakeke, and Osogbo, and was an efficacious distributor for Nigerite Industries. He valued life and loved with all his heart. He passed away at the ripe age of 79, on May 23, 2014 in Osogbo, Osun State, Nigeria. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Deaconess Mary Titilayo Oloke and 7 children; Olubunmi (Adenrele Ray) Kumapayi, Mobisola (Gbenga) Onigbinde, Olayinka (Abimbola) Oloke, Adeola Oloke, Iwalola (Solomon) Ughulu, Olagoke (Kemi) Oloke, and Bolanle (Bisi) Olubi and numerous grandchildren. We love you and miss you, but your maker has called you onto His Glory. May Your Soul Rest In Peace. Amen.
