Chi dear,
I received the news of your demise with a palpable sense of extreme loss of one so dear and close to me. There are no sufficient words to describe how I felt and still feel at your graceful exit. Yes, I use the word, graceful because that partly explains your persona. You had so many qualities that you never even realized, and that's what made you so special.
Chai, I didn't realize that when I saw you on November 2018, that it would be the last time. This hurts real bad! But you know what? I am only going to remember and treasure the moments that I spent with you, which were joyful indeed. Although you have departed from this cold, hard world , I know that you've gone to be with Our Father, in Heaven- which counts for much.
I'm going to miss you nne, no doubt about that - known you for 24 years plus since our youth service at Shere Hills, Plateau state.
Goodbye sister mine, till we meet again!
~Chika Duruaku (nee Echebiri).
