Farewell Chioma Godwin Ebere (Nee Ezike Onyejekwe)

Chioma, your short life with us will always be remembered. You have been so good to everyone you came across since you were born.

You will always be remembered for the different things you are to one and all.

To me and my wife, you loved your family, loved your Husband, loved Your Children, your parents and all of us but, most of all you Loved God.

To the Church, you faithfully serve and support in your quiet caring way.

To your Husband, you never gave up in faith that he will someday join you permanently in Owerri.  Your love for him remains constantly strong!

To your children, Parents, Brothers and Sisters you were a good Daughter, sister and Mother. You gave them the very best in life. Every single one of them got the very best from you. Your role in their lives will forever remain exemplary.

To your brothers, Ikenna, Obinna and Ebuka; you remained a caring and loving Sister, and to your Youngers sisters, you remained a role model. Always there for everyone, to contribute positively to peace and togetherness.

And to your baby sisters Ujunwa and Chiamaka, you kept them under your wings throughout all these years faithfully joining hands with your Husband to do all you can to see all of us well!

To your Parents you loved and cared for them all through your short live; even through difficult times.

To your school, you toiled and worked hard to see it stand and be a force to reckon with. You put your vast experience to make sure that you managed it very well

In my own word: “You were one of the BEST Cousins.” You were indeed a great asset to our own Onyejekwe's family and your Husbands’ family.

To your staff, friends and neighbors, you were the peacemaker, especially those of us close to you. I never remember you having a quarrel with anyone. You are always there to help, advice and to give to everyone that you cross paths with.

On a personal Note: You always ask me each time we spoke on Phone “Dee Chinonye How are you doing? Hope things are getting better for you”

You remained gentle and jovial up to your death. I am so proud to call you Cousin, and thank God I can call you a Friend. It is painful to lose you now Chioma, but God knows what's best.

I wish you farewell as you join Your Grand pa, Dee Alloy, My Mother and all the many other family members in the bosom of God Almighty and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
May St. Peter and all the saints open wide the gates of heaven as the angels welcome you with great trumpet and open hands!

Farewell great Cousin, sister and Friend!

May we rise and send Chioma’s Holy Spirit to heaven with the greatest round of applause for a Job well done on Earth!

Rest In Peace My Dear!
