I never met Chris face-to-face. I don't know what he looked like. What I do know is that for many years now, I looked forward to tax time because I knew that Chris and I would speak on the phone and have fascinating conversations. They were special. And, now, each year, especially at tax time, I will fondly remember a man I'd never met but, who touched my heart. Chris, you won't be forgotten!

Chris and certitude were one: He would never lose his temper, be abrupt or condescending when talking to clients. No matter how intense the pressure of his work, regardless of how many clients threw their unreasonableness on his shoulders, and irrespective of his personal and health-related issues, he was always decent, patient and optimistic; he cared for and took care of us. Thank you, Chris.

Chris was a warm and caring person. He loved the arts and was happy to support artist as clients. I always felt like he was looking out for me and that was a great feeling in such rough times as we have now. Chris, thank you for all that you did for me, I will miss that support and honest feeling that someone cares about you as a client and a friend.
