Chris Joseph Knobbe was born at West Point, NE to Harry and Doris (Dinslage) Knobbe. He received all of his sacraments at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in West Point, NE. Chris attended Cuming County Rural School District #10, Guardian Angels and graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1985. On November 25, 1995, he was united in marriage to Melissa Ahrens at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Chris was the manager for outside operations at Harry Knobbe Feedyards at West Point, NE and was one of the owners of Ultra Brite Car Wash in West Point, NE. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus Council #2272, and Cuming Co. Feeders Association and served on the Cuming County Zoning Commission. The legacy that he leaves is his three daughters and the gift of being a multiple organ donor.
