Uncle, it's hard to believe I wont be listening to your stories anymore. Those stories of your life and your elder sister Odilia growing up in Nso while your parents were in Nigeria on missionary works. The unending stories on how you thought your elder sister was your mother. Not forgetting the story on horse back to get treatment for Pa Nicolas Keng, your brother inlaw presumed to be your dad.
You were an encyclopaedia of knowledge and memory stories

I still remember the day you gave me a ride on your bike from Kikaikelaki to Ndzengwef. How I was terrified by your speed to extent I buried my head into your back until we got home. I also have not forgotten the day you gave everybody in the house at Ndzengewf a gift price for good performance at school but flashed the gist at my face for not passing my first term exams in primary 1.
You are Cardinal Tume to the world and church community but to us, the sibling's children and grandchildren, you will always be uncle. That great uncle that wanted unity amongst his sisters' children; that uncle that narrated family history to every child, that uncle who stands up for what is right before God and felt intimidated by nobody.
Uncle, you were an ambassador for peace, sheppard of God's children, daddy to every child you came across and unifier for the family and country.
we will forever miss you but your legacy lives forever.

Adieus uncle Wiyghan.
