Christopher J. Burks, 27, of Bloomdale passed away Tuesday, Marched 6, 2012. He was born February 17, 1985 in Findlay to Ronnie and Mary (Smith) Burks, of Cygnet. He married Jessica Beach, inwhich they divorced. He later married Danyel Elder and she survives. Also surviving (daughters) Reva Meyers, Cali Burks and (step - daughter) Mikayla Elders. (Brothers) Nicholas Burks, Jordan Burks and Larry Smith. (Sister) Kelsi Smith, all of Cygnet. (Grandfather) Larry Smith, Sr. of North Baltimore. (Grandmother) Susan Dupree of Canada. Many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

 

Dear Son, Father, Nephew & Friend In Heaven

We sit here and ponder how very much,

We would like to talk to you today.

There are so many things

That we didn't get to say.

I know how much you cared for me

And how much we cared for you!

And each time we think of you,

We know you'll miss us, too!

An Angel came and took you by the hand, and said

Your place was ready in Heaven, far above........

And you had to leave behind all those you dearly loved.

You had so much to live for, You had so much to do...,

It still seems impossible that God was taking you!

And though your life on earth is past, in Heaven it starts anew.

You'll live for all eternity, just as God has promised you.

And though you've walked through Heaven's gate,

We will never be far apart,
