Chris gave me his Charlton Athletic football shirt the last time I saw him, on the back of the shirt is "Charlton till I die", you may have died but your still Charlton, I think of you every time I go to a match. Love you and miss you. Always stop and attend your grave when we come down to see Nan & George's graves. xxxx

I never met you . But I feel like I did .a framed picture of you has been in every home I have shared with the man that next year I will call my husband the father of my son . You were 22 and he was 18 and both you are proudly holding a flag signed by your mates . I know for a fact he is still alive and well because of you. because you took him under your wing I know because he has told me all the stories , the jokes the photo of you with a cuppa in each hand .
