Christopher Bernard Harris was born in Tuskegee, Alabama on April 4, 1972 to the late Andrew Tolbert, Jr. and Gloria Jean Harris of Union Springs, Alabama.

He departed from this life on Friday, October 30, 2015 at Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery, Alabama.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories his mother, Gloria Jean Harris; his only son, Devonte Efford, Union Springs, AL; one sister, Shannon Harris, Union Springs, AL; and three brothers, Tracey Harris, Curtis Harris and Jason Harris – all of Union Springs, AL.

He also leaves behind three nieces, Dontrinice Harris, Desiree Mack and Jessica Lewis; five nephews, Dontravious Blue, Dareon Harris, Jarred Holmes, Traceston Harris and Amos Akings; one great-niece, Lyric Cowan; eight aunts, Delores (Freddie) Jones, Sheila Harris, Jennifer Tolbert, Narcleatha Tolbert, Dollie (Earl) Scott, Juanita (Arthur) Harris, Jeannie Faniel and Victoria Faniel; five uncles, John Harris, James Harris, Robert (Debra) Tolbert, Oliver Tolbert, and Henry Faniel; four special cousins who were raised as his sisters and brothers, James (Colletta) Scott, Stephanie Scott, Carolyn Cadero and Julius Pitts; three special friends, Jackie Efford, Rodrick Cooper and Jermain Hill; along with a host of relatives and friends.
