Chris was a great man. He did all he could for his family. I was married to Erika sister when I first meet Chris. First thing I noticed was the man always kept a smile. Would give you the shirt from his back. Just heard about him passing and couldn't believe it. The world and his family lost a great man. Much love to Chris and his family. 

As Chris's Father, I would like to add that nothing has been mentioned about his first daughter Tina Balboa Scroggins 24 yrs old. She resides in Owatonna, Mn. My heart broke when I had to call her to inform her of her father's passing away. She loves him dearly. 

Chris was a great friend, he was always there to help anyone out and he was there for me many times, our hearts are broken to see his young life taken so sudden and so tragically. We will never ever forget you chris, you will be forever in our hearts. We miss you
