Still Missing You

Shared by Ogonna Ihejirika on August 25, 2022

Today, you would have been 74 years. You would have been eager to pick our calls wishing you a happy birthday.

Today, we all still all remember you wishing that you were here with us, your voice, your presence, just the knowledge you are there makes us a great difference.

I still miss you so... I wish you can see how far we have all come.

Keep resting dad, soon we shall meet to part no more.

My freebie at the Dentist - Tks dad

Shared by Ogonna Ihejirika on November 23, 2016

I had a severe toothache and daddy dropped me off at the dental clinic in Lagos Island, he had to return to work. I was a big girl in SS 3 and could take care of myself. After the protocol and long wait, I finally got to see the dentist, he looked at my name and asked, 'Are you related to a certain Mr. Onuba that worked in King's College?' 'Yes,' I replied, 'he is my father.' An exclamation followed and a remark, 'He taught me Chemistry in KC'. Further conversation followed. I received superb medical attention and did not pay a dine courtesy of daddy.
