Carol loved the outdoors, she took me on my first camping trip in far northern Wisconsin in a National forest (pretty isolated..Nicolet National Forest) that was in the fall of 1961, we were the only ones on the very small campground, and she told me

that we would see bears up there, of course I didn't believe her, that nite we saw about 6 bears up close at the dump. I think she was testing me, we were married on Sept.22nd 1962, and she was a wonderful wife, and I will miss her.      Jim Lom
