Her Life

November 28, 2011

December 12, 2011

After a long battle with cancer, Nov. 27, 2011, Claire passed away at 11:30 pm. In addition to Jim, Bob and I, we were blessed that her brother Bill, sons Tim and Richard, and grand-daughter Crystal were here and were able to spend time with her.

Claire did not pass alone, Bob and I were at her side.  Timmy was at the hospital as well. She was in no pain and did not suffer. She was surrounded by love and messages that many have shared. Among other things, Claire was a wonderful  wife, mother, sister, mother-in-law and friend. She will be sorely missed. From today on, we all have an extra angel looking out for us.

Claire's wish is for cremation. There will be no visitation. At this time, there will be no memorial. We hope to celebrate her life at a future date up North (Massachusetts). In lieu of flowers, we kindly request that a donation be made in Claire's name to LUNGevity. Please refer to the orange "donate" button on the right hand top corner of the following webpage: http://events.lungevity.org/site/PageServer?gclid=CM_d84rn2awCFQen7QodHElZsA
