Her Life

Forever our hands as one

March 19, 2012

My Mom was the most beautiful gift in my entire life.     She was the most highest of respect in our family.

She was a cook, a nurse , our caretaker, our strenght, our inspiration and my Daddy's Heart and his love

of his lie, his reason for living, laughing and crying.

She was the most beloved person next to Daddy that I was so blessed to have,

She was my strength when I needed it.

Mom alway's wanted the best for her kid's and  grandbabie's.        We were known as the rabbit's as there
never was a time when we didn't have a new one in her lap to spoil.

She enjoyed life.  She worked at Rich's Dept toy store and there to Dekalb Medical Ctr as an operator .
Then she went to work at Scientific Atlanta as assembly, to stockroom mgr to forklift driver and retired as
a certified Electrician.

She left her job to take care of Daddy when he was sick to be with him.  They celebrated 50 yrs of marriage from  Oct 17 1947 and renewed there wedding vows with  tears all around.
Then on there to be Wedding of 60 yrs  Daddy passed  July 5th 2007      .

Mom didn't want to let Daddy go but at the end she agreed but promised to see him and dance with him
forever as one hand in hand,
Mom was very sad and lonely and she was never the same as her heart for the first time in her life was
broken.
She became very ill and she fought once more not to let us go but God called her home.

I am so blessed to have had the honor to live , laugh , cry and be there to hold her hands.

I will alway's treasure each laugh, every tear every hug, every I Love you.  and will Forver remember the
photo of her holding Aunt Helen her sister's hand before she passed. It is the mst priceless photo  I have

of Mom .  After seeing it the last day before she died, me and Becky and April and  Mandy reached down

and took a photo of our hands holding Mom's.

Mom we will hold your hands again in  Heaven.  Mom and I were also holding hands when Daddy took

his last breathe as she was on one side of the bed and I on the other.

All I can say is I don't need anything more as Mom and Dad raised me to believe in our Father God and

Heaven and I too will meet and see the face of God,   Thank you for my brothers and sisters and for a loving family.

Dad who every time he met someone he would ask even a stranger  DO you know GOD?   then he

would say cause if you don't I'd like to tell you about him.   So I will ask Do YOU know GOD?  LIfe is more than living .  It is also dealth and when you die what then?

As for me I am saved.  I am a christian and I love the Lord and believe that Jesus died for me to be forgiven of my sins and that he has prepared a place in Heaven so that I may go there and have also
everlasting life.   I will pray if you need me call or email me at heavenlyolin@yahoo.com .    God
loves you and so do I.    Read Matthew 5,6   I hope to write more later and post photo's to come.

I celebrate Mom and Dad there home coming was in Heaven and yes I cry because I miss them

but I rejoice because they have no more pain and because I believe I will see them again in our
new walk in Heaven.  I have faith.  I love God but through GOD I love you no matter what.
God Bless you    Love Clara and Olin's  daughter   Deborah Mae Freeman Cox
