Clara R. Felton was a very active member of Shiloh until health challenges prevented her participation. She was a faithful member of the General Usher Board, serving on Unit #2. She also served on the Deaconess Board and as a circle leader. Professionally, Clara was a registered nurse and worked as a school nurse in the D.C. Public School System and at women’s services.
