This memorial website was created in memory of our Good Friend, Clark Shao, 33, born on September 9, 1983 and passed away on October 19, 2016. We will remember him forever. Clark was a popular fitness guru in the Houston area who has motivated many of us to live a healthy life.
Services for Clark Shao was held on Saturday, November 5th at 10:00am.
The wake was held on Friday, November 4th from 4:00pm-8:00pm.

I want to say that I miss Clark and would love to thank him for being an inspiration to me. I knew Clark for a good while now at both his jobs. He told me one day if I was really serious about my workout goals to call him. After having my 3rd child I waited 4 months and I told him I was ready. He put me on my diet helped me be disciplined and stick to it. He was there 4 me the whole way through. He said I was his advertisement so I had to do good. We started my workouts after sticking to my diet. I did 3 sessions a week for 1 hour each session. I learned quickly this man didn't play he was the real deal and he pushed me as far as I could go for a mother of 3. He helped me achieve my goal and his together. I was an inspiration to others as well. I wouldn't love working out so much if it wasn't for my good friend Clark. He was tuff but knew his stuff very educated man and I respect him so much for that. He was honest all the time with me about my goals and I will be 40 this July so I will think of my inspiration Clark that helped me achieve a better me. I'm happy with the results as he was. I guess we both helped each other. I miss our dear friend and will think of him everytime I hit the weights which is very often these days. I'm sure there are some muscular angels in heaven including Clark! God bless is beautiful soul.
