Claudia was born to Thomas and Hilda Kirkwood in Pretoria in December 1948. Eldest sister to three siblings, Phyllis, Barbara and Trevor. She married Ashley in March 1978, and together they raised three children - Wanita, Odette and Biran. She had a strong devotion to her Christian faith and this carried her through many rough waters - And today she dances with the Angels because of it.


We think of her gentle and loving spirit every day and she is always missed by those with whom she shared her life.
