At the time Uncle Clayt and Aunt Barb were living in the state of PA.they had come back to MI to visit with their families.unknown to me one Halloween night,he come to visit his daughter Char and 2 grandaughter in Groveland Manor Park where I was living at the time with my husband Pat.I heard someone say "trick or treat", and there was this man dressed in an old man mask and wearing a trench coat.he wanted to know if he could come in.I kept telling him I was sorry,but I did not know you.I kept looking at his hands on my railing and it was so eery as they looked like my late Grandpa Frick's hands.big and strong.my grandfather had just passed away that same year in 1979.this man even had the nerve to push me back so he could get inside.all the time people outside were laughing and so was Pat.my uncle must of seen the scared look on my face,so he tore off his mask and behold it was Uncle Clayt.Char was in the background cracking up.I was so happy it was Uncle Clayt and not this old man freaking me out.thank you Uncle Clayt for that crazy time I will always remember.
