<p>Cliff burton 24 died September 27 1986 after being involvied in a bus crash he was born Clifford lee burton on febuary 10 1962 in Castro valley CA  he began taking piano lessons after took bass lesson at the age of 13 he went to Castro valley high school and graduated in 1980  he joined Metallica shortly after and was a bandmember 1983-1986 he will be miss by all who knew and loved his playing style He Is servived by his dad and band.
