So much time has passed. I miss you.
Love, Susan
Wow it’s been a while since I posted anything. I did find an old post I neglected to publish. So I did so now. I have been working on Mother’s memorial with Annie’s first Boy friend & fiance Vince Willis. He is such a wonderful person. In a just world they would have had married with your consent and would have had the most glorious wedding of all time. It’s too bad it did not work out that way for everyone.
Tear drops are falling so I will say bye bye for now
I love you Daddy
I am feeling sad, thinking of many things from my childhood with our family and missing you. Iam 70 now and life is passing so fast. I love you.
Your Daughter,
Susan Lucy
As we celebrate my mothers Birthday this summer has been a summer of memories for my wife and your daughter Susan she has reminisced so very much about her childhood with you and she shared with me many memories of you as a young woman and as an adult it’s been a while since we visited your last resting place on South Mountain we see the mountains often and often speak of you you are missed
I’ve been thinking About you lately. Today 28 years ago is a sad day to remember. I miss you so much.
You know it’s funny your first born Murline looks so much like you more than either Gary or i. But we follow in your your path of being builders. Well, we are all still here living life and loving you!
YOUR Daughter Susan
Another year. another opportunity to think of you with all my heart and say on this day and all others.
“ I Love you and Miss you with all my heart”!
Your daughter, Susan
I am getting so old now, yet I still miss you like a little girl.
Your loving daughter, Susan.
It is said Life has it’s up’s and down’s. It has been so hard for a long time now I’m ready for some ups. I wish we could sit and talk with you. I miss you Dad.

A lesson on strength
When my sibling and I were youngsters you attempted to teach us a lesson on strength of sticking together and having each others back no matter what because we are family. You showed us by gathering stix representing each family member and showing us how easy it was to break one stick and then how difficult it was to break all the stix. I have always remembered this metaphor. However, I am sure it has been long forgotten by the others. You know, first we lost you Dad, then Mom, then Annie. Our strength is getting thin and I think we are breaking . . .
Thinking of you on your Birthday. Love Susan
