Survivors are his daughter Jennifer (Vernon) Miller of Gulf Shores, Al., grandson Shuji Miller of Auburn, Al., sister Sandra Newberry & family of Alex City, Al..  

He was preceded in death by his Wife of 57 years Marie McClendon, Mother & Father Kate Williams McClendon & Clyde McClendon, Sr., and Sister Nell Smith.
