His Life

Codys life

February 6, 2015

Cody was the second born of 6. He had 5 sisters. Cody was speech delayed and started pre school at the age of 3 because his speech at 30 months old was that of a 8 to 13 month old. Once he got started there was no shutting him back up.  Cody dropped out of high school while he attended North High in Omaha Ne.  He never caused many problems for anyone and he was one person I will say knew very well what respect was and when and who he should respect. Cody after dropping out of high school dealt with a meth addiction which he kicked himself and then enlisted in Job Corps. where his test scores were one of the lowest and within 8 months he had his high school diploma as well as his carpentry license. Cody always enjoyed drawing and was one hell of an artist. He decided to put his talent to work by doing tattoos. He use to make his own tattoo guns with small motors that he would get out of anything he could. He done a great job tattooing and always dreamed of having his own shop some day.  Thru the years Cody ended up developing an addiction to pain pills. I tried to stay positive with him and encourage him that he could beat that addiction as well but God called him home before he was able to reach that point.  He and Sara gave birth to a beautiful lil girl on Dec 2, 2010 who was diagnosed with Surge Weber Syndrom because she was born with a port wine stain birth mark on the right side of her face and she also has glaucoma in her right eye.  This lil girl was Codys reason for living and now we are forced to have to live our lives without him here in whole. Cody prior to his passing had wrote a prayer in the form of a letter to God asking for a miracle of which has been granted. I will post the picture for all to see as this has been what has made it a lil bit easier for me to understand his death.  Cody I love you son and miss you more then any words could ever express
