It is with great sadness that I have to say Goodbye to my only son. A mom should never bury her children, but that was not in Colt’s plans.
What a great man he grew to be, although he had many struggles he continued to shine in every life he touched.
I mean who had a heartier laugh, could make an entire room feel warm, and wow, compassion sometimes was his strongest and weakest side.
I believe my best memories of my son were those when he would feel great about himself. When he was having a great day and saw the light. He was strong beyond words both physically and emotionally most days! He could on the other hand be the most gentle, caring, fun loving person in the room.
I have soo many fond memories I could go on and on.
But at the end of every day for the rest of my life Colt and I will always have one another. We will always remember our highs and lows, because believe me what is a strong relationship without the Rollercoaster ride!
I love you son forever more and will see you some day soon healthy, happy, and at Peace.

Growing up with Colt was anything but boring. He made everything fun. Simple things like going to Walmart or going through a drive thru always ended up in everyone in tears of laughter ... because of Colt. He was always up for an adventure and would do anything (I mean put on goofy glasses, wear crazy clothes, talk in accents, pranks ANYTHING) to make you laugh. Growing up with cousins are some of my favorite memories and I’m SO happy Colt was apart of those. Love you cousin Heaven is lucky to have you

I worked with Colt at South Suburban 12 years ago. We were both managers on duty. Colt was very fun to be around and we shared so many memories together. I remember we would have lunch together often and our conversations would get deep. He was always dressed in style, and he loved his cars. After I left Colt and I lost contact with each other, but I thought about him often. He had a huge impact on my life. Sending love to all the friends and family of his.

Me and Colt worked at South Suburban together for about 3 years and he was my best friend at the time. He was the best boss any one could have asked for and an even better friend... I lived in Denver far from South Suburban and I would take the bus to work and Colt would always offer a ride if he was able (I also loved the fact he was a car freak at the time so he was getting a new one almost every month) I loved car rides with him we would listen to Lana del Rey and Colt would usually make a pit stop either the movies sometimes dinner he even took me to him mom's sometimes or just to McDonald's to grab something to drink. I loved hearing Colt talk he was so intelligent the way he spoke and carried himself I really did admire him. Unfortunately I got another job and me and Colt slowly drifted apart once he deleted his social media. I wish I would have tried to keep in contact more.... For that I will forever be sorry to you my friend ❤️He taught me so many things that I will take with me forever, I don't think Colt understands just how big of a part he played in my life at the time. I'll never forget all the nights we closed down and messed around at work after hours on the bumper cars and laser tag. I'll never forget the after proms I thought would never end and he still offered to take me home at 4am after being exhauseted I'll never forget the kindness you showed me without expecting a thing in return. You truly were a treasure and will forever be loved and missed by so many. You are gone way too soon but may you Fly high with the angels, may you Rest In Paradise old friend ️️

Colt was one of my best friends growing up.. I got his sense of humor; he was hilarious to me. He was my bud. Colt and I always had a blast when we were together. I always couldn't wait to see him. Colt made my summers so much fun; we had the best of times together. I haven't been able to talk or see him in a few years and it always made me sad. I prayed for him often and would always want him to know that i always loved and cared for him; and that I missed him and wanted to see him. Ill always cherish the memories I have with Colt. Those memories is how I will forever remember him.
Colt, you are and will be forever missed. Love you cousin.
