Conner is survived by his Mother, Sabrina O'Brien Rowe of Baytown, Texas. His Father David Rowe of Apple Springs, Texas, Brothers Colton O'Brien of Baytown, Texas, Cory Wayne and Keaton William Rowe of Apple Springs, Texas and Sister Caitlin Michelle Rowe of Pasadena, Texas.
Conner was preceded in death by His Maternal Grandparents William Duffie O'Brien Jr.& Mrs. Paula M. O'Brien of Uvalde,Texas. Paternal Grandmother Barbara McCarty Quinn of Shepard, Texas.
