Another year has gone by uncle Connie and I still miss you.

Uncle Connie I just found out about this memorial page. Not a day goes by that I don’t think of you. It was a blessing to have you in my life growing up. Your advice, stories, teaching me how to fight and being there for me. You were the best and still are the best! Miss you dearly.

Wow where do I begin? Connie and I had a special bond.

We all know the story of Connie, He was one of a kind. He did his drugs but got clean. He married Myrna and had a third daughter, Mia. He was finally clean and happy and then his whole life changed in a minute, He became ill with a terminal disease.

I sat with him at my kitchen table with Stevie, who by the way called him daddy.

We would talk about his death and his furneral wishes, which were not honored.

I said my good-byes to Connie at home.. If I had gone to his funeral there would have been a big brawl with the people who shunned him and now they had the nerve to show up at his funeral. You all know who you are.
