corey-lee was born 19th march 1973. in Mangakino. he was born a healthy boy number 4 to florence ngaira and Henare Tahata. After spending a wonderful weekend with his aunty Janice and Uncle George he woke up on monday  morning looking very pale and his nappy was filled with black (tar like) blood. I rushed to the hospital and in mangakino you are taken in turn as you arrive and there was already a whole line of people there. lucky for me the nurse happened to come over to say hi and noticed how pale baby was so she took us straight awaw. As i couldnt explain to the dr what was happening he put his fingers into my babys bottom and out came this horrible black stuff. he said you need to get him to waikato. I was starting to stress at  this very moment and the nurse said ill call an ambulance which the dr repied no she can take him. I wasnt hanging round to argue, i rushed to tell my neighbor who had my other 3 sons and her daughter came with me to hold baby.Upon arriving at waikato hospital they rushed baby into where they tested his blood. it was .3 where it should of been .12 he stayed in hospital for 2weeks. it was touch and go for the first night but he wasnt meant to depart this life at that moment in time.
