His Life

Starting school

July 11, 2013

There was a little boy his name is Jason.    He was growing up and had to go to school.  His mom told him so he could learn how to read and write and learn about new things.  Well Jason went to school and decided, he would rather go to day care so he could play all day and not have to sit at a desk and pay attention to what the teacher said.

So Jason’s mom let him stay in day care instead of going to school like the big boys the next day.  That day all Jason’s friends went to school while he went to day care and he didn’t have any of his friends to play with.  When he got home and his friends were out side playing, they wouldn’t play with him and called him a baby.  Jason was real upset about this, he sat in his room and cried.

Jason’s mom gave him a big hug and kiss said every thing will be better tomorrow. The next morning Jason’s mom gave him a choice, school with his friends or day care.

Jason thought about this, and then decided he would rather go to school and be a big boy..  At school the teacher was nice and let them play some, and then they got to draw pictures and color.   Jason came home from school upset and went to his room and cried.  He told his mom every one laughed at his picture and said he didn’t color right.

Jason’s mom gave him a big hug and kiss said tomorrow would be better.  The next morning Jason was all excited about going to school, told his mom he was going to color and he could use all the colors he wanted to. Jason’s mom felt good about taking him to school because Jason was happy about going.

Jason got home and went strait to his room; he wasn’t upset he told his mom he had a goal and had to practice writing the new letters he had learned that day.  When he finished practicing his letters he took them to his mom and showed them to her and then explained to her how important these letters were.  J A S O N   his mom said yes Jason spells your name. I know mom

But my name is more important than that, my name is on the calendar.  Jason got the calendar down and went through it and circled the letters of his name July, August, September, October, November when finished showing his mom this Jason said see how important I am they used my name to make a calendar.  Jason gave his mom a big kiss and a hug and said you were right mom I had a good day and learned a lot.

Lent for a while

Lent For Awhile

I'll lend you for a little while a child of mine He said.

For you to love when he's alive and weep for when he's dead.

It may be six or seven, or twenty-two or three,

but will you till I call him back take care of him for me?

I can not promise he will stay, since all from earth return.

But there are lessons taught down there I wish this child to learn.

I've looked the world wide over in my search for teachers true.

And from the throngs that crowd life's lances, I have selected you.

Now will you give him all your love, not think the labour vain.

Nor hate me when I come to call to take him back again.

I fancied that I heard you say "Dear Lord, Thy will be done."

For all the joy this child shall bring, the risk of grief I'll run.

I'll shelter him with tenderness and love him while I may.

And for the joy this child shall bring, forever grateful stay.

And should the angels call for him much sooner than I planned,

I'll brave the bitter grief that comes and pray to understand.
