Craig was truly one of my favorite friends of all time. He was always happy to see everyone! I don't think he ever had a bad day. My memories from my short time at NMSU are of Craig (Jimmy) and all the Valley gang and will be with me forever! Miss you buddy.

Lee, all the family, I cannot imagine the pain of losing your sweet son, and now...your beloved Rocky. My heart aches for you. It's hard to imagine you without Rocky. You were a wonderful wife and mother and I pray for you every day, that you and your family may find some peace.

Please know that a day has not gone by without thinking of you Martha, Jordan, Jeremy and Arroyo family. We have been out of town since 12/25 and returned home today. Our hearts remain heavy with the loss of Craig. Reading through the tributes and Chris' Eulogy make it clear that Craig was loved by so many...what a wonderful measure of a man. You all remain in our prayers.

I met Craig in the year 2000 and became immediate friends. His smile and love for life were very contagious. I started working at Arroyo Mortgage with him, Rocky, and of course Mama Lee. They always treated me like family. Like I was another one of the Arroyos. I had a home away from home. My parents were especially appreciative of this. My heart hurts so bad for all of the family. You are all such wonderful people and I will never forget how you helped me keep a righteous path in life. Craig, you will always be my brother. In my eyes and in God's. I will miss you dearly. My husband,David and I met Craig at my 10 year class reunion,I went to school with Martha. We had such a great time hanging out we felt like we had known him for years.He was funny and witty.Then we celebrated New Years together ,from 1999 going into 2000.We had so much fun at that party wondering if all our computers would crash.lol He was full of life and it was a pleasure meeting him.To Martha my old friend from school, i so so sorry for your loss my heart was broken to hear the news.And to Craigs family my deepest condolences and sympathies,and i will say prayers for all of you.

So sorry for your great loss, we met Craig when he was still in pre school, we lived next door to his family. Our children were the same age as Craig and Chris and I remember that many times they were dressed with very similar or even the same outfits, they even had chicken pox at the same time. May he rest in peace, prayers to the family.

Craig you will be missed dearly. I will always remember you coming 4-wheeling with my Uncle Shawn, mom, dad, and little brother, it was awesome. You always made sure that me & Mikey were included when riding the 4 wheelers and the 3 wheeler. I'm sending prayers to your family, we will miss you Craig. Rest in paradise.

We only knew Craig a few years meeting him after my brother Shawn Novick moved into his neighborhood. When ever he was around it was good times for sure! He always made us laugh so hard. He always included our kiddos in what ever he could. I hope that Martha and her boys will make it through this hard time. My thoughts and prayers are with them. Craig will be missed dearly. I met Craig in the Mortgage Business in 2002. He, Rocky and Lee were always ready to help in the business and get the job done quickly. To Craig's family, I am deeply saddened to learn of your loss. I had seen the stories in the media and from that figured he was gonna make it. Craig has always had that infectious smile and that hugely happy fun loving spirit that always wanted the most out of life. Our family will be praying for Craig's family well into 2015 for peace and healing. Craig is in a better place. I lost my brother this year and he knew Craig as well. They both passed at 46 years of age. We grew up in the same neighborhood and went to school together. I know they are both in Heaven now hoping we all heal for their loss. Our prayers are with the Arroyo family.

Great child hood memories.

Craig and Martha, Jordan and Jeremy were our neighbors for almost 10years. Two things I will always remember 1. Craig ALWAYS had a smile on his face. 2. Craig was ALWAYS available to help. Our hearts break especially because Craig was way too young, yet our hearts rest knowing Craig was a believer....and we are confident, because of his many good deeds here on earth, he has earned his crown in heaven. I am truly saddened to hear of the passing of Craig. I went to school with Craig since 6th grade at Garfield. In the 7 years of schooling and the handful of times I saw Craig after graduation I can never remember a time when he did not have a smile on his face and joy in his heart. That smile and joy was infectious and you always came away from Craig a little happier and feeling a little bit better about yourself. He was truly a friend to all. You will be missed my friend, RIP.

When I got to New Mexico State in the Fall of 1987, one of the first guys I met, through mutual friends, was Craig Arroyo. Quite simply one of the greatest guys I ever met and was lucky to be friends with. Craig, my college days at NMSU are unforgettable because of you. I'm sad that you are gone. Your spirit will live on my friend. My nickname for you was Jimmy. Only a few people will know why. Rest in peace. You are loved by many. That is the greatest legacy that you can leave.

Life is so precious that we need to live each day to its fullest. That is what you have done and now memories will be sustaining as you mourn the loss of Craig. He was a good man and a great Dad. We can honor his memory by trying to emulate his spirit and dedication to family and friends. He was truly a good man.

I met Craig when he worked Arroyo Mortgage with his parents. He always had a smile when I would drop something for Dave. And he always had something funny to say about Dave.
