To the Douglas Family,
   I was very shocked and saddened to hear of Crystal's passing. My deepest condolences to your entire family. My memories of Crystal are of a vibrant, energetic young woman who was quick to laugh and smile. I hope you will find some comfort in this time of grieving to know that many people, like me, have warm memories of your loving daughter, Crystal.

You are in my thoughts and prayers at this very difficult time! I understand the loss associated to losing someone at much too young of an age! Keep close to your heart all of the special memories to get you through the toughest of days and know that the love that you have for your daughter and mother will never go away. The memories will only grow more precious to you and keeping those memories alive to those who loved her most will become so important. Special people are merely lent for us for a time, but the marks that they have made on our lives will last forever!!
