i like the thought of you out there with dad, brian, gerl, your gramps and grandma, your mom, wanda and all the others that have gone on...i like the thought of them greeting you as you went on your way...


i think of you often...feel as if i still need to call you or will pick up the phone and you will be there...but we speak in different ways now...a sign, a dream, a memory, a sense of your presence...i appreciate this...i appreciate the stories too...of growing up on leatherbark, the ghost stories, the old ways and all the humorous times when the women folks would get together and cut loose...


when we die we take the love with us and leave love behind...thank you for the love you have left me...thank you for the laughter and the teachings...happy birthday mom...
