Tributes
Leave a tributeI believe that God sends to us people that we need. He removes from us those that he wants, and at the same time those that we no longer need. Curlie served his time with all of us here. Now it'S God's time.
Sometimes these people are removed in death and sometimes in life. But God does not make mistakes. I personally am glad for the time that I shared with Curlie. Now, God's Will be done. Amen
Be strong and thrive - in Jesus name. Amen
Always: Woosa, Wink, Penny

Los Angeles Blues
I always enjoyed visiting with my Brother N Law, Curlie and my sister in Los Angeles. Curlie had an amazing reel-to-reel player and just about every blues song imaginable. B. B. King and Bobby Blue Bland were the ones that I remember mostly. And I believe those two artists were our favorites.
I will always remember those times. A few days ago I was listening to Mr. Bland sing and I was thinking about Curlie because Mr. Bland was singing: "I'm free free now. I'm free from your spell... ...all I can do is wish you well."
Though, Curlie, you are no longer obviously sharing the same space on this "Earth" as before, I will always have my Los Angeles blues to keep you in my space.
Love,
Your little sister, Woosa/Penny
