Dale visited me from heaven in a dream. We were in a waiting room. He hugged me and it was the most peaceful, wonderful indescribable feeling I've ever felt. (I could remember how it felt for days later). He said, How about that Kylie? I said, Yes, she is amazing! (I was glad he knew about her birth). I said I hate Mac is suffering from Altzeimer's. He said, "It won't be long." A few weeks later Mamaw joined him.

Handcuffed
August 27, 2010
When Dale was deputy sheriff, about 1961/62 ? I wanted to look at his handcuffs while he was gone to the concession stand of a baseball game at Beulah Hubbard School. His niece and my friend, Gloria was sitting beside me. I snapped the handcuffs on her and the other end to the bleachers. Somewhere during this time Dale had to leave and go somewhere and had the key. Well I sure was sweating how to release my friend, who was so mad at me until she could bite nails. Dale and I laughed a lot about that. I don't think Gloria has ever forgiven me to this day. Sorry Gloria. ha ha
