Damon Markee Riddick was born on July 14, 1995 in Halifax County, North Carolina. Prior to going home to be with his Heavenly Father, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends in Woodbridge, Virginia, Rich Square, and Seaboard, North Carolina. He entered into eternal rest and peace on Friday, October 26, 2012 in Seaboard, North Carolina.

Damon’s education was obtained through the public schools of Northampton County, North Carolina and Prince William County, Virginia.

He accepted Christ into his life at an early age and joined Harvest Life Changers Church of God in Woodbridge, Virginia shepherded by Bishop Lyle & Pastor Deborah Dukes. As a small child, Damon’s love for mechanical things would lead him to the outdoors where he enjoyed repairing old go-karts, and battery operated riding toys. Damon enjoyed watching his favorite teams, Miami Heat and Indianapolis Colts and could quote statistics like the best of sports commentators. His hobbies included social networking, fishing and shopping with his mom. 

Damon was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Eva Mae Walden Faust, and Dorothy Riddick, his great grandfather, Cornelius Kee, grandfather Charles R. Riddick, great grandmothers Josiephine Moody, great-great grandmother Lie-lah Moody, his great aunt, Bernice Moody, and his cousin Ka-dee-jah Moody.
