I remember one weekend Dan and Nancy had ordered Chinese food for dinner one evening while I was staying the night at the Gamache's. This particular time we had gotten some kind of Kung Pao dish that came with the little red HOT Asian chili peppers. Considering my ethnicity Paul had gotten Dan to agree to paying me $5 to eat one of these spicy things. Needless to say I believe it ended with tears in my eyes from how hot the thing was, and Dan with tears in his eyes with how funny he found it lol. Good times. Miss you Dan.
