It doesn't seem real that it has been a year since you left us. You are missed every day but our comfort is to know where you are. We can always wish we had had more time together, but we will have eternity. That is our only hope. Love from your baby sister (I'm still younger than you).

It has been a year today that you went to be with the Lord. I love and miss you so much, you are in my thoughts daily. You were the best brother a sister could have. The peace and comfort we have we know we will see you again.

I still think of you each day and wishing you were here. I know you are soaring high above the clouds with no pain or worries and watching over us. Spread those angel wings and fly like an Eagle, when you get tired rest on the highest mountain and show your glow. I love and miss you so much.

I wanted to leave a encouraging word for your family. At Acts 24:15, the Bible promises there will be a resurrection.  We will be able to see our loved ones again. I hope this brings your family comfort as it has brought me comfort.

Thank you Danielle for honoring your daddy this way.
I am thankful I was able to help care for Dan.  He was a trooper.   We had some laughs along the way and I miss talking to him.  It helps to know he is at peace.
Love you Dan.

Daddy and Precious

May 29, 2013

This is when dad and Doris came to my house and spent a few days with us and I loved every minute of it.  Daddy wanted to take Precious home with them and she would have loved running in the back yard but she had to stay home.  Even now when I looked at her I tell her Papa Dan still loves you and watching over us.  Im so glad he was able to visit with us.  I will always cherish that memory.
