Daniel Lee Daniels

July 30, 1945 to December 20, 2011
 

Daniel Lee Daniels was born on July 30, 1945, in Beaver Dam, WI, to Clarence and Dorothy (Roedl) Daniels.  He attended St. Peter’s Catholic School and graduated from Beaver Dam High School.  Dan attended U. W. Oshkosh and served in the U. S. Air Force.

He married Mary Pat Luce at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Beaver Dam, WI.  They had three children, Jason, Patrice and Bryan.   

He married Bonnie Stadler at Faith Lutheran church in Columbus, WI.   They lived in Beaver Dam for many years.  

Dan is survived by his children, Jason, Rockford, IL, Patrice, Chicago, IL and Bryan, Bloomington, IL., a granddaughter, Ariana Daniels (Jason), Palatine, IL, a brother, Gordon, Oshkosh, WI., and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He is also survived by his best friend, Bonnie Daniels, Beaver Dam, WI, and three step-daughters, Kristine (Michael) Kapp, Neenah, WI, Kimberly (Ben) Othmer, Columbus, WI and Kelly (John) Coley, Goldsboro, NC, and nine step-grandchildren, Jacob, Morgan and Caitlin Kapp, Neenah, WI, Justin Inabnet and Connor Othmer, Columbus, WI, Brittney Cabala, Greenville, NC, Jordan and Christian Martens and Josh Coley, Goldsboro, NC.

Dan is preceded in death by his parents and several Aunt’s and Uncles.

A Memorial Service to celebrate Dan’s life is being held at Faith Lutheran Church, Columbus, WI. at 11:00 a.m. on November 10, 2012.  The Rev. Bob Moberg officiating at the service.  A private disposing of ashes will be at a later date with his family.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to Horicon Wildlife Refuge, Horicon, WI.
