MAJ Daniel Mobit had been my supervisor for the past three years. A great leader. I always called him a gentle giant and a big teddy bear. May you rest in peace in the arms of the Lord and may perpetual light shine on you. God bless. MAHALO and ALOHA.

I was fortunate to have known Major Mobit for over 6 years since he first came to Fort Belvoir from Walter Reed. He was a great boss to work for and a kind, considerate, and gentle person. I will miss this genuinely warm and wonderful individual. My sorrow is lessened only slightly with the comforting thought that I had the privilege to know him. Rest in peace, Major Mobit, and may Perpetual Light shine upon you!

My dear brother, thank you for building bridges within the entire family. Your servant & Spiritual leadership style has enable you to accomplish what very few can accomplish within this short period of your leadership.
May the Lord hold you in the center of his palm. Know that our very best wishes and thoughts goes with you. (RIP).

I've know Ni Dan for about 16 months now. We  met in Hawaii on New Year's Day of 2016. We were both so happy meeting each other because there are very few Cameroonians in Hawaii. He told me how boring and uneventful life had been, not knowing anybody in the island who is from Cameroon. I subsequently introduced Ni Dan to our small Cameroonian communityhere in Hawaii. He then became the mentor and father of everyone in our group. He was present for every gathering from birthday parties to weddings to graduation parties. He was very loving and soft spoken. He fell in love with the group and treated us as family. Meeting Cameroonian made him to love the island even more.

We (the Cameroonian community in Hawaii) had a great time with Ni Dan. We have lots of photos and video of his final days on earth. Even though he was far away from his immediate family, he had family here in the island.

His passing away took us all by surprise. May his Gentle soul rest in the Lord
