Funeral Service will begin at 11 AM on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 in the chapel at W.E. Lusain Funeral Service, 2060 Germantown Street, Dayton, Ohio 45417. Visitation will be held at 10 AM. Rev. Charles Landers, Officiating. Interment West Memory Gardens. Arrangements entrusted to W.E. Lusain Funeral Service.

Mr. Danny L. McKinney, age 58, a lifelong resident of Dayton, Ohio was born on February 3, 1960 to the late Virgil McKinney and Ida B. (Pearson) Baker. He was educated in the Dayton public schools.

Danny accepted Christ at an early age and attended St. Luke Baptist Church. He was a devoted father.He was thoughtful and kind; always had a beautiful smile on his face.Danny was a hard-worker and great provider.He enjoyed music and loved having a good time with his family and friends.

Danny went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 7, 2018. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Tony Andrew McKinney, father, Virgil McKinney and mother, Ida B. Baker.He is survived by: son, Danny L. McKinney Jr., beloved siblings, Vicki Judkins of Dayton, Dustin V. Cordell of Springfield, Virgil McKinney Jr. of Alabama, Linda (Danny) Averette of Alabama, Vivian Branch-Walker of Virginia, Virgeil McKinney of Cincinnati, and Virgis McKinney of Dayton; nieces and nephews, Tonica, Paul, Shatia, Tanisha, Quincy, Damarcus, Corey, Sarayah, Connor, Kaiah, Karis; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and other loving relatives and friends.
