Darleen A. Oppmann-Buchanan, 69, longtime resident of Hopewell Twp., NJ, passed away on June 3, 2018.

Darleen loved being near the ocean and spending time with her family, especially her grandson Nicholas.

Beloved wife of Charles Johnson, Jr., loving mother of David A. Buchanan of Hopewell, NJ, and the late Stacey A. Buchanan, and dear grandmother of Nicholas R. Buchanan. She is also survived by James Schiavone, who was like a son to her.

She was predeceased by her first husband of 32 years, Harry A. Buchanan, her parents Albert  Botte and Sara (Carter) Oppmann, siblings Arthur Oppmann, Daniel Oppmann and John "Jack" Oppmann.

Visitation Thursday, June 7, 2018 11am to 12 noon at Bethany Grace Community Church, 31 N. Pearl St., Bridgeton, NJ 08302, where her funeral service will begin at 12 noon. Interment private.
