On the first day of the school year in 1967 I met Dave at Cudahy Jr. Hi. In 2010 when Dave and I were shooting the breeze he told me that he remembered the meeting like it was yesterday. Over 50 years later we were still good friends. While Dave has left us his friendship and memories will endure. As Dave would always say when leaving Parmentier's Tavern at closing "It's Motel, Hotel Time". Miss you Buddy.
