ForeverMissed

David Molina 74, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away peacefully on April 24, 2013. Preceded in death by his parents, Gilberto and Concepcion Molina and brother, Elias Molina. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Nancy; daughters, Josefa Molina and Patricia (Mike) Scully; sons, Martin (Karen) Molina and David Molina; brother, Gilberto (Maria Esther); sisters, Margaret (Wayne) Hallquist and Susanna (Terry) McClure; brother-in-law, Bruce (Aurelia) Ellerbroek and Steven (Diane) Ellerbroek. Also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

He loved flying and building RC planes. David grew up in the restaurant business when his father opened Casa Molina. After serving in the Air Force he flew for the Alaskan Fish and Game and in the Tucson and Marana area crop dusting cotton fields and would take odd flying jobs that took him as far away as Cairo, Egypt.

He went on to open his own restaurant which he successfully ran and operated daily for 35 years.

Dad, you touched many lives and will be missed greatly by your family and friends. He had a kind and caring heart and would help people when he could and would meet new friends often with his stories.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Connie's Manor Home. Arrangements by HUDGEL'S SWAN FUNERAL HOME.

Dave and I had a few classes together at Catalina High School. What I remember most about Dave was his drawing skills. His favorite subject was military aircraft. He drew and painted just about every WWII aircraft that saw action. I wonder if any of his pictures are still around.

I can remember many times enjoying Mexican food at his fathers Casa Molina restaurant on Speedway back in Tucson during the late 50's

Dave, you were a kind friend and all my memories of you bring me great joy in knowing you.
