David. I miss you every day. And I fall asleep with you in my heart every night. You were a loving, passionate, fiery and complicated person. You changed my life for the better (you already know that, though). You will always be ageless to me, and to everyone else who loves you!

David...
I remember where we were when we met 56 years ago. I always new it was going to be different with you somehow and sure enough it truly was. You always surprised and amazed me but never disappointed. Your close friends are the testament to your loving nature.  I learned so much from you but I wish the knowledge could have come sooner.  How blessed I am to have been there through most of your days.  Miss you, Dad.

I remember our fun talks and I laugh whenever I think of how funny you were.I loved watching you fly your drone and I miss coming into your office and you would show me some of the old movies you made. One of my favorite things was eating the great meals you cooked.I know you know how much I miss you and I know you want me to remember all those good times and I do and I will. I just plain love you and miss you. Gone to soon.!!!!!!

Missing you, Bear

March 30, 2019

David, it's another day of waking up without you, and although I'm surviving and (sometimes) happy, you are my first thought every morning, my last thought every night. And 500 times in between. I miss your laugh, your energy, how you supported (and challenged) me, and always tried to make me happy. I miss how you marveled at life. You were an intuitive extrovert who could always "see" people - and often let them know about it. ;)

I miss making plans together for "someday wh...when we're old bears". I wish we'd had more time together. I miss you, David.

Gone 6 months today.
