David was a warm, funny and extremely intelligent person. He impressed me with his U.S. history knowledge and always kept me laughing. His love of Baltimore sports was unrivaled. May he rest in peace and never be forgotten.

David was the most devoted grandpa ever! He was at every performance, every show and every concert for his grandchildren. I enjoyed so much getting to know him and appreciated the support he gave my boys as well when he attended their performances. He will truly be missed. All our love and prayers to the Smith family at the loss of their biggest fan. He will be watching and applauding from heaven for sure.
