Celebration of Life will be held Monday, December 4th, at Revival Center Ministries (3011 Oakridge Drive/Dayton OH). Visitation will begin at 11:00am and service to follow at 12:00pm.

Deborah was Baptized In Jesus name she serve for the departments of The Army and The Air Force National Guard Bureau. She retired from The City of Dayton .
She was proceeded in death By Grandparents Charles Colman , Eula Smith , Her Mother Bessie (Elijah) Harrison Father Jesse Garrett , brothers Phillip Garrett, Jerome Garrett Aunts Mattie Davis and Louise Carey .
Deborah Garrett Leaves to cherish her precious memories Her Daughter Shannon Garrett, Grandson Ke’wuan Garrett, Auntie Eunice Coleman, extended grandkids Ted, Carter , Nana. Her extended son Antwan (Adrain) Bailey Favorite Cousin Gloria Hedges her Extended Sister Diane Mebane and her extended daughters Best Friend’s Dot, Lynn ,Judy ,Thalia ,Carmen Low , Sonja Wilma ,Renee and Kenny A host
