A friendship like no other!!!!
I met this wonderful woman and her family about 10 years ago through a young man i was dating at the time, and from the moment we met my spirit took to her like we were friends for years and even though that relationship did not last, i was thankful because it gave me a friend for life.
Deborah and Kevin welcomed me with open arms. There would never be a time they would cruise to the Bahamas and i don't know or have a chance to see them even if it's for a short time. I would be sooo excited to here "we are coming on a cruise" I would make sure my work is done because i needed to get off early to meet my friends.
I've never really had a real vacation until this beautiful family came in my life. They made sure my time spent with them in Georgia was restful, full of fun and can't forget food. We would be back and forth about who's vacation was the best. I had them here in the Bahamas for vacation and they had me there in Georgia for my vacation. I still think my vacation top their own.
I will certainly miss this mighty woman of God who made my faith and my trust in God to increase tremendously, as i sat and listened to her story and the struggles and never once i heard her complain or grumble, she went through knowing the Man who held her furture was in control and she put her trust totally in Him.
My sister has ran her race, she has kept the faith, now she waits to receive her crown of righteousness which the Lord, the righteous judge will give to her.
Always in my heart Deb.
