Passed away August 29,2014 after being hit by a car doing the one thing she truly loved doing Hashing with her friends.

She is survived by her daughter Rachael Desmond Elington USN, Her son in law Jacob Ellington USM, Her daughter  Sabrina Desmond, Son Garrett B. Caplin, Her Fiance Jeff Lemieux, Brother James Phillips, Sister in law Tanya Phillips, Parents Tom and Stephanie Phillips.

A memorial service was held at Philippe Park 2525 Philippe Pwky, Safety Harbor Fl,  At 6:00 pm Friday September 5, 2014 at Shelter 1.
