Debra L. Rodriguez, (nee Newsome), 63, of Bridgeton, NJ, daughter of  Louis Newsome and Ruth Newsome (nee Maxwell) passed away on January 15, 2020.

Debra was a waitress and cook, having worked for Rowan Unversity, Franklinville Inn and Windjammer Restaurant.

Beloved wife of Abraham Rodriguez, devoted mother of Trisha Newsome of Bridgeton, Debra Newsome of Wilmington, DE, 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, dear sister of LouAnn Newsome of Bridgeton, Edna Newsome of Hartley, DE and Stella Houliaras Maxwell of FL.

Services are private at the convenience of the family.

That is where I met Debbie. She hired me and our first night we worked together was a New Years Eve. We became great friends from then on. She was a great boss, hard worker, never asked you to do something she couldn't  or wouldn't  do. We'd go to Cowtown a.k.a. known  as the Sharp town Mall. I have so many stories I could tell, but the most important one is the loss i feel for my dear and loving friend. I miss you and will see you on the other side.
